Dr. Jon Raffesberger, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is a Board Certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (A-GNP-C) in Tacoma, Washington.
Jon is a Nurse Practitioner focused on geriatric primary care, post-acute care, and memory care. He is skilled in delivering patient-centered care for individuals in skilled nursing facilities and those living with Alzheimer's diseaseand other dementia-related illnesses.

Positive Approach® to Care (PAC) Workshops
As a Dementia Care Educator Jon offers Positive Approach to Care™ seminars, developed by Teepa Snow, that can provide essential information on how to have a positive and meaningful relationship with loved ones with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia throughout their journey.
These 2-hour workshops will help care providers, family members, and anyone who is trying to cope with the changes that happen with dementia. Recommended for family members who provide direct care, professional care providers and volunteers who work with people living with dementia. Certificates and CEUs offered to professionals needing Dept. of Health in-service credit hours.
